Terms and Conditions — Digital Courses

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of digital training services and online courses provided by H-26 Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • H-26 Ltd provides training services in the form of digital courses accessed online.
  • These Terms apply to all purchases made via our website h26.co.uk.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.

3. Online Courses and Digital Content

  • Access to online courses is provided to registered users only.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Course content is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Our training services are delivered as digital courses accessed online.
  • By purchasing and accessing a course, you acknowledge and agree to waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Refunds are not available once access has been granted, except where required by law (for example, if the digital content is defective or unavailable).

5. Certificates of Completion

  • Certificates are provided on request for eligible learners who complete all required course elements.
  • Certificates are issued electronically, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

  • We take care to ensure all course content is accurate and up to date.
  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from reliance on training materials, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
